I have to admit that this approach is unconventional and counter intuitive BUT IT WORKS!! In an industry where almost every food is advertised as “Healthy” and “Nutritious”, it comes as no surprise that THERE IS MASSIVE CONFUSION regarding what really works. Also consider SOCIAL CONDITIONING, where from a very young age we were taught to eat certain foods in a “balanced diet” manner however  we kept on gaining weight over the years. I challenge my readers and my fans to dare to try something new and see the mistakes they were making all along. I too was very skeptical and stubborn at first until I tried it for 1 week and it worked AMAZINGLY. Those quick results motivated me to push further until I finally got the body that I was proud of. To make it cool was the fact that  I WAS NEVER HUNGRY and I didn’t feel like I WAS SACRIFICING delicious tasting foods. It worked so well I felt like I was cheating the system and getting away with it. Eventually I stopped working out so hard because the DIET was giving me 80% of results almost effortlessly. Why I wrote this book (booklet)....
Why I wrote this book (booklet)....

As a person who is currently enjoying looking lean and well built , I can safely say that being overweight SUCKS! I grew up in a family where everyone was obese or eventually became overweight including myself.  I was in an environment where it was easy and comfortable to let yourself go “nutritionally” because your immediate surroundings are not discouraging you from unhealthy eating habits. With time I also started noticing other negative self defeating emotions that were starting to get hold of me. I started becoming shy and introverted. I started having inferiority complexes as well feelings of unworthiness. In turn those emotions started poisoning other areas in my life such as my intimate relationships , my emotional well-being and even my financial building abilities. I started becoming insecure and also unsure of myself and my potential.  As much as I tried to brush these feelings off or escape them through alcohol,  I couldn’t escape these negative inner feelings for too long. I felt like I was robbing myself of a better, healthier, brighter future by doing nothing to change the current situation.  I wasn’t being the best version of myself and I felt the pain of regret each and every day.

And so at the age of 21 I finally decided to take ACTION by signing up at the gym. For 3 years I was caught in numerous cycles where I would work out for a few months, then eventually quit because of the slow discouraging results. At the time I wasn’t aware of my nutrition and it felt like the more I tried the more I failed.  I LITERALLY  FELT LIKE I WAS TRAPPED!! Trapped by my body, trapped by my environment, trapped in an unfulfilled relationship, trapped by my surroundings. I got so mentally and emotionally overwhelmed that at age 24  I fell into a deep suicidal depression. If you have ever felt this way then you will resonate with my own personal and mental dilemma. 

Not to sound too dramatic in order to get pity points, I just wanted to share my vulnerabilities  because I know what most of you are going through. It’s NEVER only about losing a few kilograms of fat…. It’s about you fighting for a better life by firstly becoming a better version of you! I’m also here to re-assure you that you can conquer this aspect of your life once and for all. I have seen how my body transformation ultimately led to my  life transformation. How it build my confidence, allowed me to get better relationships and to become a more positive “self-appreciating” person. It also helped me from being shy and introverted to becoming  more daring and adventurous. All this eventually opened doorways to  unimaginable experiences physically, mentally, intimately and spiritually . I wouldn’t have had the courage to start the DIET CLUB MOVEMENT had this not happened. Now I am sharing these 3 KEYS TO EFFECTIVE WEIGHT LOSS so that you  also can start enjoying life at the levels that you want by conquering yourself first. NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU SUFFER UNNECESSARILY because of your weight. Never again will you be confused and misled without getting your money’s worth. 

I have gone through difficult lengths to draw an EFFECTIVE DETAILED MAP for you, now it’s your turn to get that map and walk the path toward the body and the life you feel you truly deserve!!! NOW GET UP AND GET RESULTS!!!
